All of our German foods are prepared by Silverado Brewing Co Chef Bernardo Ayala. For the past eight years, Chef Bernardo Ayala has been crafting Napa Valley renowned food for Silver Brewing Company. His menus include bar food-type fair in the Tap Room, American-California cuisine in the Restaurant, and eclectic and elegant food for Silverado’s catering company. The catering company counts among its clients local wineries, businesses, and non-profit organizations throughout the Napa Valley. Silverado Brewing Company and Chef Bernardo Ayala also have had the distinct privilege of catering the St. Helena’s Annual Winter Ball for the past four years. Chef Bernardo enjoys finding new and exciting ways to provide nutritious and healthy alternatives by researching the products before incorporating them into the menu. His passion for fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients and his use of beer throughout his cooking combine to dazzle and delight locals and visitors alike.
