Jagermeister

Think of Oktoberfest, and you think of beer. But many also think of Jagermeister, a German 70-proof digestif, made with herbs and spices. The word Jagermeister means "hunt-master", hence the picture of the buck with the antlers on each bottle.

We'll have plenty of Jagermeister available during Oktoberfest. (And, on October 2 for our German Club Party beginning at 9:00 p.m., we'll be paid a visit by the Jager girls!)

Oktoberfest at Silverado Brewing Company: Great German Food, Once a Year!

Our Oktoberfest celebration lasts for approximately one week. During this time, we feature German foods like schnitzel, bratwurst, grilled reuben sandwiches, a German pig roast, and much more, along with our seasonal Oktoberfest Lager. We also have special events. Here's a complete schedule:

Tues Sept 29 - Sun Oct 4: German food and our Oktoberfest Lager

Dine in our brewery Tap Room, dining room, or outside in our beer garden.

Wed Sept 30: Bavarian Community Beer Hall Dinner

5:00 p.m.; $29.50 pp

Come join for a wonderfully delicious 3-course meal including a German pig roast, along with flowing pitchers of our Oktoberfest lager, a three-piece German band, and more. Partial proceeds from this community night will go to the St. Helena Boys and Girls Club.

Thur Oct 1: Brewer's Dinner

6:00 p.m.; $65 pp

Join owner Michael Fradelizio, owner/brew maker Ken Mee, and chef Bernardo Ayala for an amazing five-course meal... each paired with a different Silverado Brewing Co. beer. Fri Oct 2: German Club DJ Party

9:00 p.m.; $5 cover

PARTY like a German rock star during our German Club DJ party. In addition to great music, great food, and, of course, great beer and drinks, we'll be joined by the Jager girls. This is a can't-miss party opportunity.
